Nexon Corporation and Nexon American have recently released a new, first-person shooter game called Combat Arms. Combat Arms is 100% free to play and has stunningly smooth graphics, kill cam, and surround sound. With four different player modes it is guaranteed to keep you entertained for hours. Build your character profile and earn experience points by playing capture the flag, elimination, one man army or search and destroy. In game chat is enabled if you don't mind typing. They have yet to add voice chat. I suggest using teamspeak, paltalk, or xfire to command your squads verbally. These programs do not interrupt game play and run seamlessly in the background.

Since this game is just out of closed beta and still under construction there are many technicalities and issues still being addressed. Game hackers have recently been overwhelming the servers and disrupting game play. Nexon has started closing accounts of people caught hacking. Unfortunately, unless they start blocking ip addresses of the offenders they will just keep getting new accounts and continue ruining the game for others. You do have control over the rooms as moderator and can put a password block on to prevent unwanted people from entering. There are many dedicated clans and players committed to providing hacker free play.

Recently they just added a new patch and with it new game gear. You can now purchase a special gear box that has random items in it dedicated to improving your game play experience and your kill ratios. So try Combat Arms out!
